Asahi Africa proudly participated in this year’s IFAT Africa Expo, held at the Gallagher Convention Center in Johannesburg, South Africa — a premier trade fair for water, sewage, waste, and recycling. The event brought together industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders from across the continent and beyond, all committed to advancing sustainable environmental technologies.
This year, Asahi Africa co-exhibited alongside our parent and sister companies, Asahi Yukizai Asahi Kasei and Microza, forming a dynamic and collaborative presence that highlighted the strength and synergy of the Asahi Group. The stand had representatives from Japan, Dubai, and South Africa, reflecting the global reach and unified vision of the group in tackling environmental challenges through advanced solutions.
Throughout the expo, the Asahi team engaged in meaningful discussions with leaders, engineers, and environmental consultants. Topics ranged from membrane filtration technologies and chemical-resistant piping systems to innovative water treatment solutions tailored for African infrastructure needs.
